Hong Kong Folk Club (香港友Folk) is a music community dedicated to promoting Folk Music that once flourished widely in Hong Kong. The Club thrives to become the central point of contact amongst folk groups, active now or in the past. That includes groups locally and overseas.
Our main activities include:
Promotion of Folk Music to the younger generation particularly in schools
Organize an annual Folk Music Marathon (since 2005) in Hong Kong
In collaboration with a local Folk group Ching Wan (青韻), organize a monthly Folk Music night held on the first Saturday of every month
Organize fundraising Concerts for charity purposes when necessary

香港友Folk 是一個充滿活力的音樂社群，致力於保存和推廣香港的民謠音樂傳統。民謠音樂曾經在香港蓬勃發展，是我們文化遺產中不可或缺的一部分。我們的使命是重新連結過去與現在的民謠愛好者，並成為本地及海外民謠團體的交流中心。
我們通過多樣化的活動，與大眾分享民謠音樂的美，特別是向年輕一代推廣這門藝術。以下是我們的主要活動：
民謠音樂推廣計劃：我們積極在學校推廣民謠音樂，啟發年輕人認識並參與這門經典的音樂類型。
年度民謠音樂馬拉松：自 2005 年起，我們每年舉辦這項標誌性活動，匯聚音樂人與觀眾，享受一整天的民謠音樂盛宴。
每月民謠音樂之夜：與本地民謠團體「青韻」合作，我們每月第一個星期六舉辦民謠音樂之夜，讓音樂愛好者齊聚一堂。
慈善音樂會：在需要時，我們會籌辦慈善音樂會，為社區有意義的項目籌集資金。
香港友Folk 自 2009 年起成為註冊社團，我們的委員會成員全心投入，致力於延續民謠音樂的精神：
